  15.      llllmmmmddddoooowwwwnnnn sends a message to every license daemon asking it to shut down.
  16.      The license damons write out their last messages to the log file, close
  17.      the file, and exit.  All licenses which have been given out by those
  18.      daemons will rescinded, so that the next time a client program goes to
  19.      verify his license, it will not be valid.  NOTE: In FFFFLLLLEEEEXXXXllllmmmm v2.4 and
  20.      later, llllmmmmddddoooowwwwnnnn is either a link or a copy of the llllmmmmuuuuttttiiiillll program.  (On VMS,
  21.      lmdown is still a separate program).

  25.                Use the specified license_file.  If this switch is not
  26.                specified, llllmmmmddddoooowwwwnnnn looks for the environment variable
  27.                LM_LICENSE_FILE.  If that environment variable is not set,
  28.                llllmmmmddddoooowwwwnnnn looks for the file
  29.                /usr/local/flexlm/licenses/license.dat.

  31.      ----qqqq        Quiet mode.  If this switch is not specified, lmdown asks for
  32.                confirmation before asking the license daemons to shut down.
  33.                If this switch is specified, lmdown will not ask for
  34.                confirmation.
